What does Learning Toolbox do at a conference?
Authors create rich, interactive ePosters in our powerful and easy to use online editor. An ePoster can contain videos, images, audio, apps, presentations, twitter feeds and links to interactive online resources. Each ePoster also gets a printable mini-poster with a QR code so the work has a physical presence at the venue.
Delegates browse, search, open and interact with all the ePosters on the event’s showcase website, before, during and after the conference. Onsite, they simply scan the mini-poster’s QR code to open the ePoster and start exploring.

What does a delegate experience?
A delegate walks past a printed mini-poster at the venue, scans its QR code, and the full interactive ePoster opens on their own device. They can explore the rich content, post comments and questions in the ePoster’s chat area, and follow ePosters they want to come back to.
Delegates can access the ePosters at any time via the showcase website, including after the conference. Following an ePoster gives them notifications of new chat activity or author announcements. The conference is just the start of the conversation.
