Resource hubs
A living resource hub your audience can rely on.
A central team curates a collection of interactive Stacks holding information, keeps it up to date, and shares it with a defined audience. Used for ongoing communications, monitoring data, frameworks and reference material, well beyond any single event.

How a resource hub works
One team curates, a whole audience stays informed.
1
What is a resource hub?
A central team builds and curates a collection of interactive Stacks, each holding information, data or resources. The Stacks sit together on a showcase website that the audience can browse, search and open on any device.
Because the team owns the hub, they keep it current and add to it on whatever cadence the work needs, monthly, quarterly or as things change. People who follow a Stack are notified of new content and announcements.

2
How does the audience reach it?
The audience reaches the hub by weblink or QR code, on any device, with nothing to install. They browse and search the Stacks, open the ones they need, and post comments and questions in each Stack’s chat area.
This makes a resource hub a reliable single source for a defined group, whether that is a network of practices, a set of partner organisations or a wider professional community.

Where it is used
Wherever a central party needs to keep a defined audience informed.
Communications
Ongoing updates to a network
An organisation shares regularly updated information with a large, fixed audience, for example a health body keeping a network of practices informed with current data and guidance.
Monitoring & data
Making results available
Research and monitoring programmes publish their findings and datasets as Stacks, so partners and the public can reach current results in one place.
Reference & frameworks
A curated reference library
Bodies that maintain frameworks, toolkits or reference material keep them in one curated hub, easy for their community to find and always up to date.
What you get
Central curation
One team owns and organises the hub, so the audience always knows where to look.
Always current
Update Stacks on any cadence. The audience always sees the latest version and followers are notified.
Reach a wide audience
Share by weblink or QR code with a large, defined group. They open it on any device, with nothing to install.
Rich, interactive content
Hold video, documents, data, apps and live links, not just static files. Information stays usable.
Discussion built in
Each Stack has its own chat area, so questions and answers stay attached to the information.
Engagement reporting options
Options to get reports on how your audience is using the hub.
